Same Sex wedding photographer California Palm Springs
I had so much fun with Andy and Tim on their wedding day. They got ready together at their amazing mid-century modern condo right down the street from the clubhouse where they had their ceremony in Palm Springs. This wedding was a long time coming, the two gentlemen have been together for 10 years and are just SO adorable together! They had their "best man and best woman" at the house while they were getting ready and it was such fun. They laughed and joked and drank champagne. It was exactly what they envisioned. Then we all walked together to the ceremony site, taking photographs along the way. Some candid, some posed. I find that this is a very good way to capture some of the best photographs as everyone feels natural and comfortable... just going for a stroll on a beautiful day! The ceremony was held "in the round", in other words, there was no seating except for a few benches should somebody need to sit. All their guests just stood in a semi circle around the couple as they stood under the massive olive tree, at sunset with the stunning Palm Springs mountains as their backdrop. Artisan Events hung a couple of lights in the tree for effect. It was simple and clean and perfect.Location: Golf Course, Palm Springs California.
