I just love the dynamic backlighting of this image of Kayla on her wedding day. Just a classic portrait of a classic and elegant bride. Desert Willow really lends itself to gorgeous photographs like these, their grounds are SO versatile. They have the lovely greenery of the golf course and landscaping an then they also have areas of open desert. Its the best of both worlds! In this image I just asked the bride to gaze gently towards her shoulder and think about her handsome husband to be and the expression she gave me was priceless! I really enjoy seeking out the perfect light for photographs, every wedding is different and each presents it's own challenges and opportunities. In this case a sliver of amazing sunlight took this portrait of Kayla from just lovely, to extraordinary.
