Palm Spring, California Wedding Photographer

I'm Christine Arnold, I'm a Palm Springs and California wedding photographer. I LOVE weddings!  I am a Coachella Valley local, I went to school at Indio High!  Thats where I first caught the photography "bug" as it were.  I was actually forced to take an elective class and the only thing available was the photography class.  I could not have predicted how much I would enjoy the process of developing film and watching a print develop in the developing tray.   I started my photography business in 1999 and I still adore documenting all the love and all of the emotions that happen on a wedding day.  I love to capture special moments between family members, tender moments between couples who are newly married and all the fun and touching moments in between.  These are all a part of the story that is unique to each family.  I rely on my clients trust and my own intuition to document life's imperfect moments and emotions as you really experience them, interfering and intruding as little as possible. I work hard to find that perfect balance between participant and observer so my images feel as genuine, organic as possible.  After all, its the imperfections that are the most interesting.

Why Get Married in Palm Springs?

Palm Springs is an amazing place for weddings because you can pretty much count on perfect weather. The sun really DOES shine all the time! Outdoor weddings are some of my favorites to photograph, especially at venues like The Parker, The Avalon, The Riviera Hotel, The O'Donnell House, Colony 29 and Colony Palms Hotel, just to name a few. Rancho Mirage also has some gems, such as the Omni Rancho Las Palmas.  I've also had the pleasure of photographing weddings and family sessions at gorgeous venues like the Miramonte Resort, The Marriott Desert Springs, Desert Willow, The Hyatt Grand Champions, La Quinta Resort and Hotel and the Corona Yacht Club in Coachella.

Photographing Weddings All Over California

I am delighted work all through California, I've photographed at the Montage in Laguna Beach and done some personal work at Rancho Dos Pueblos in Santa Barbara. If you were to want wedding coverage overseas, I would be DELIGHTED to talk with you about the options as I love to travel.
