The last time I photographed this sweet family, that adorable smiley baby was a bump. How stinking cute is he! He was all smiles and giggles and was fascinated by my camera and the noises it made which was great because I got tons of cute camera aware photos of him.
This year we opted for a morning session instead of afternoon since we lose the light so quickly in winter time, owing to that pesky mountain of ours. Although the bright morning sun was a bit more challenging, it was gorgeous light and a beautiful day out. Palm Springs does not disappoint!
