Karen and Rod, these two deserve to be showcased… The Palm Springs Wedding Elopement of Karen and Rod. They currently live in Kansas, but I just heard from them that they are moving to Palm Springs soon!! Clearly they love Palm Springs as they decided to elope here and get married last year. They rented a house in Palm Springs for their beautiful elopement, attended only by one of Karen’s friends. Richard Cadieux officiated the intimate ceremony in the backyard on a warm and beautifully sunny fall afternoon. Karen was a vision in a gorgeous black and white gown, it was just stunning on her. The top had lovely delicate pearls and beads sewn on it while the bottom had a dramatic slit up one side, it was SO sexy! Rod wore a fabulous black suit with a white shirt with his initials embroidered on the sleeve, I just love personal touches like that! The florals from Jensens Fine Foods were just perfect, so bright and vibrant. Karen’s best friend was the only guest and it was lovely having her there, she was so supportive and helpful to the couple! Palm Springs did not disappoint, it was a warm, bright, cheerful desert afternoon, with lots of love and laughter.
