This Indian Wells Wedding was at the Renaissance Esmerelda Hotel, with its gorgeous grounds and lush landscaping it makes a wonderful place for wedding photos. Foster and Justin got ready together, along with their wedding party in their room. It made for a really fun “pre-wedding” kind of celebration. They had some snacks and champagne and were all very relaxed. I think this is a great way to begin the day as it insures everyone is involved. The boys helped each other with their ties and the wedding party lounged and relaxed in the sitting room.
The ceremony was held on a gorgeous grassy area near the pool. The backdrop of the striking desert mountains and soaring palm trees makes for a very dramatic scene for the nuptials. The ceremony was officiated by a friend of Foster and Justin and was warm, heartfelt and VERY funny! Such a fun time and so much love and laughter.
Justin and Foster looked SO dapper in their matching suits. Justin chose a pink tie, while Foster went with a light blue tie and I think they were just perfect. They also wore matching and personalized argyle socks, such a cute idea! Their wedding party all wore dresses they chose themselves, all in various shades of pink. I love this idea, its not to matchy matchy, but all comes together in a very natural and sophisticated way. Perfect.
Florals were provided by My Little Flower Shop and complemented the wedding vibe perfectly. The ladies had bouquets with various types of white flowers along with some greenery, very soft and sophisticated. The boys got boutonniers in a very similar style, simple and understated.
The cocktail hour was held in the Olive grove, a beautiful area on the far side of the ballroom. Such a gorgeous and perfectly manicured spot for friends and guest to gather and meet and chat. Lots of yummy snacks were passed around. Everyone had a really lovely time.
